• This certified organic wholebean coffee is a medium roast (5 on a 10 scale) caffeinated coffee. The bean is roasted to a beautiful medium brown, akin to an American Roast or City Roast, and has a medium body with notes of sweet chocolate, honey, and caramel. The rich flavor and medium acidity makes it a very smooth coffee with a seductive aroma. This is a very reliable and favorite coffee, enjoyable to most every coffee drinker and a pleasant choice for black coffee served without any cream or sugar added.
